Shipping Policy

Your first envelope ships within 14 days of your order. After that, a new envelope ships once a month for as long as your subscription is active.

All envelopes are sent by regular mail. Delivery times depend on your local postal service and may vary by location.

Please make sure your shipping address and the child's name are correct at checkout. If your address changes, update it before your next billing date so your envelope reaches the right place.
